Petrovac is part of Budva municipality. Petrovac is town with magnificent nature and lot of vegetation, very nice beaches and cool atmosphere. Property prices had always been lower in Petrovac than in Budva but since the spike of interest for properties hit Montenegro coast property prices in Petrovac leveraged and are on par with Budva. There is a wide interest for Petrovac properties from buyers from UK and several bigger investments will eventually result with new tourist facilities by the end of 2008.
